Previous employment included serving as the Chief Investment Officer of Invesco Funds Group, Inc., and as the Chief Investment Officer of the Denver Investment Center of Invesco North America. Mr. Miller holds a BS degree in Business Administration from St. Louis University.

Kenneth G. McQuade was named co portfolio manager of the small cap growth product suit in 2016. He was sole portfolio manager of Ivy VIP Small Growth from 2016 to 2016. Mr. McQuade joined Waddell & Reed in 1997 as an investment analyst. He was an assistant portfolio manager of separately managed small cap accounts from August 2003 until March 2010 and Portfolio Manager, Delaware Ivy VIP Small Cap Growth Fund since March 2006. Mr. McQuade is Senior Vice President of WRIMCO and IICO and Vice President of the Trust. He earned a BS degree in finance from Bradley University.
Joshua Brown

Joshua Brown is an investment analyst for Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company and Ivy Investment Management Company. Mr. Brown graduated from the University of Kansas in May 2003 with a BBA; concentration in finance. He earned an MBA with a concentration in finance; specialization in investment management from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business in May 2009. Prior to joining Waddell & Reed from business school, Mr. Brown spent five years as a broker for Citigroup - Smith Barney. As an investment analyst intern for Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company from May through August 2008, he covered oil and gas master limited partnerships. Mr. Brown joined Waddell & Reed in June 2009 as an investment analyst. His research responsibilities are concentrated in air freight and logistics, airlines, autos and auto components, marine, rail, transportation infrastructure and trucking. Mr. Brown is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
