As Co-Chief Executive Officer, Steve shares overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the organization. As Chief Investment Officer, he oversees Boston Trust Walden’s investment strategies. He serves on the boards of Boston Trust Walden N.A. and Boston Trust Walden Corporation. Steve is a member of the Multi-Asset, Large Cap Core, Mid Cap, and Fixed Income portfolio management teams. He also manages portfolios for institutional and private wealth clients. He serves on the Investment, Investment Policy, Fixed Income, Portfolio Strategy, and Active Ownership Committees. Steve began his career in 1988 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 1996. He earned a BA in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from Boston University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.
Tchintcia Barros

Tchintcia is a portfolio manager on the Large Cap Core, Large Cap Value, and Multi-Asset strategies. She is a member of the Investment Committee, Investment Policy Committee, and Community Reinvestment Committee, and provides primary research and analysis in the consumer staples sector. Tchintcia began her career in 2000 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2021. Most recently she worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager on the Large Cap Growth team at Columbia Threadneedle Investments for fifteen years. Prior to Columbia Threadneedle, Tchintcia worked for Putnam Investments as an Investment Associate in the International Core Equities group. Tchintcia earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute. In 2020, she was named one of the 100 Women in Finance. Tchintcia is an active member in her community. She serves on the Board of Trustees of The Catholic Schools Foundation and the UP Academy Charter Schools in both Boston and Dorchester. She sits on the Pastoral Council at her parish (Saint Patrick Church) in Roxbury and volunteers through the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) in Roxbury. She also is a member of The Boston Club.
Sean Cameron

Sean is the lead portfolio manager of the institutional Multi-Asset team and a member of the Large Cap Value equity portfolio management team. He contributes to equity research and analysis in the large cap information technology and communication services sectors and to initiatives that support the organization’s quantitative tools and methodologies. Sean also serves as Director of Fixed Income Investing and is a member of the Investment Committee, Investment Policy Committee, and Active Ownership Committee. Sean began his career in 2005 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2020. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs, PIMCO, and MFS as an analyst or portfolio manager. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he received the Dean’s Award, and a BA magna cum laude in Economics and Finance from Princeton University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.
Nathaniel Riley

Nate is a Portfolio Manager for the Multi-Asset strategy, and chairs the Investment Policy Committee, which manages top-down asset allocation policies and guidance. He also chairs the organization’s Investment Committee, a weekly forum to discuss timely investment topics and themes relevant across strategies. Nate contributes to the organization’s fundamental equity research efforts across large cap domestic and international stocks, and to the organization’s quantitative research efforts as a member of the Quantitative Tools & Methodologies working group. He is also a member of the Fixed Income Committee. Nate began his career in 2004 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2010. Previously, he worked as a Securities Analyst and Fixed Income Trader at Cohen Capital Management. Nate earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Dartmouth College. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.
