David Zhao, Managing Director, is Co-Director of Research for the US Income & Value pillar within the Fundamental Equities division of BlackRock's Portfolio Management Group. Mr. Zhao is also a Portfolio Manager for the BlackRock Equity Dividend, Large Cap Focus Value, Mid-Cap Value, High Equity Income, Sustainable US Value and Large Cap Concentrated Value portfolios. Prior to joining BlackRock, David was a Global Equity Senior Research Analyst and Principal at Pzena Investment Management covering technology, US banks/brokers, medical technology, non-life insurance, financial technology and select industrials. David began his career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers covering technology M&A; and later within the Institutional Equities Corporate Strategy Group. David holds a BA of Arts with degrees in Economics and Computer Information Systems and graduated Cum Laude from Northwestern University.

John Baldi is a Portfolio Manager and co-manages the Dividend Strategy and Dividend Strategy ESG portfolios. Prior to his appointment to the Portfolio Management team, John served as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at ClearBridge. John has 23 years of investment industry experience and joined a predecessor organization in 2004. John previously served as a Senior Analyst for Specialty Finance at JPMorgan Chase. He joined ClearBridge Investments in 2006 as a Research Analyst and was named a Portfolio Manager in 2009. Michael has 20 years of investment industry experience. Prior to joining ClearBridge, Michael served as an Equity Analyst at Hygrove Partners and was a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs. He is a member of the CFA Institute and of the New York Society of Security Analysts. Michael received his BA in History from Duke University.

Cem Inal has been Senior Vice President/Portfolio Manager at AllianceBernstein since 2014. Cem Inal was a portolio manager and Senior Research Analyst for AllianceBernstein L.P.Before joining the firm in 2003 as a research analyst, Inal was a vice president at fusionOne, a communications software provider. Prior to that, he was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company and a research engineer at Mitsubishi Electric. Inal holds a BSE in electrical engineering from Princeton University and an MBA in financial engineering from Cornell University. Location: New York
