Jim Stillwagon is a portfolio manager in the U.S. Equity Division. He is the president of the US Communications and Technology Strategy and is the chairman of the strategy’s Investment Advisory Committee. He also is a vice president and an Investment Advisory Committee member of the Science & Technology Equity, US Large-Cap Core Growth Equity, US Structured Research Equity, US Tax-Efficient Multi-Cap Growth Equity, and Institutional Large-Cap Core Growth Equity Strategies. Jim is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Eric DeVilbiss is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. He is an investment analyst in the U.S. Equity Division of T. Rowe Price, following restaurant companies. Eric is also a vice president and Investment Advisory Committee member of the Blue Chip Growth, New America Growth, New Era, New Horizons, and Diversified Mid-Cap Growth Funds. Eric initially joined the firm in 2008 as an associate research analyst. Prior to this, he was employed by the Constellation Energy Group as a financial analyst in their Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Division. He was also employed as a portfolio analyst by Lincoln Financial in its Baltimore regional planning office. Eric returned to T. Rowe Price in 2012 after earning his M.B.A. and working as an equity summer intern at Wellington Management. He earned a B.S., summa cum laude, in economics from Towson University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Eric has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
