David E. Levanson, CFA is a co-portfolio manager of the Sands Capital Global Growth, International Growth, and Global Focus strategies, as well as a research analyst and executive managing director.   He was one of Sands Capital’s first staff members, working as a research analyst when the firm opened in 1992. He left to pursue his MBA in 1994, then worked as a research analyst and vice president at State Street Research & Management (now BlackRock), and as a research analyst at MFS Investment Management. Dave returned to Sands Capital in 2002 as a research analyst and later led the research efforts of the firm’s global industrials sector team. He helped develop the Global Growth strategy and has served as a co-portfolio manager since its inception in 2008. In 2022, he joined the International Growth and Global Focus portfolio management teams. In addition to his portfolio management duties, he served as a member of the executive management team from 2016 to 2025. The team provides strategic leadership across the firm.   Dave received a BSBA from the University of Florida and an MBA from the UVA Darden School of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder.

Suni is a co-portfolio manager of the Sands Capital Global Leaders, International Growth, International Leaders, Global Focus, and Global Shariah strategies and a research analyst. Suni joined Sands Capital in 2004 as a research associate intern and became a full-time research analyst in 2006 following business school. He later led the research efforts in the financial services sector. In 2007, Suni became a co-portfolio manager of Global Growth. He helped create and launch Global Leaders in 2017, and International Growth and International Leaders in 2018. He was appointed a co-portfolio manager of Global Focus in 2022 and of Global Shariah in 2024. Before joining Sands Capital, Suni worked as an analyst and associate at Charles River Associates. Suni received a BA from Colby College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA® charterholder.

Danielle J. Menichella, CFA is a co-portfolio manager of the Sands Capital International Growth, Global Shariah, Global Leaders, and International Leaders strategies and a senior research analyst.   Danielle, who has 25 years of experience investing in equity markets, joined Sands Capital in 2013 as a research analyst primarily covering automotive, machine vision, and specialty chemicals and materials businesses. In 2020, she was promoted to senior research analyst and also joined the Global Shariah portfolio management team. Danielle was named co-portfolio manager of the International Growth strategy in 2022 and of the Global Leaders and International Leaders strategies in 2024.   Before joining Sands Capital, Danielle was a senior analyst at Ashmore Equities Investment Management (now Ashmore Group), which acquired Emerging Markets Management, where she began her career as an analyst.   Danielle received an AB from Duke University. She is a CFA® charterholder.
