Charlie Wilson is portfolio manager for Thornburg Investment Management. He joined the firm in 2012 as associate portfolio manager and was promoted to portfolio manager in 2014. Charlie earned a BS in geology from the University of Arizona in Tucson and a PhD in geophysics from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Prior to joining Thornburg, Charlie served as co-portfolio manager for Marsico Capital Management in Denver, Colorado. He was responsible for portfolio investments across multiple strategies and geographies, with specialization in materials, energy, technology, and payments sectors.

Josh Rubin is portfolio manager for Thornburg Investment Management. He joined Thornburg in 2017, initially working with the global strategies before being named associate portfolio manager in 2018, and portfolio manager in 2021. Before Thornburg, Josh worked at Driehaus Capital Management in Chicago, where he was first an associate portfolio manager responsible for emerging markets, and then the portfolio manager of the firm’s Global and certain U.S. strategies. Prior to Driehaus, Josh co-managed the emerging markets equity strategy at Marsico Capital Management in Denver, where he was also a senior analyst covering global companies across sectors. Before asset management, Josh held investment banking and consulting roles. Josh earned a BSFS in international politics from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Pablo joined WCM in 2018; his primary responsibilities are portfolio management and equity research for our global ESG strategies. Since the start of his investment career in 2007, Pablo’s experience includes positions as Associate Portfolio Manager / Equity Research Analyst at Thornburg Investment Management in Santa Fe, NM, as Global Equity Analyst at Turner Investments, and an internship at BlackRock. Pablo graduated summa cum laude from Drexel University (Pennsylvania) with a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance / Accounting concentration). He is also a CFA® charterholder.

Di Zhou is an Investment Principal at Cambiar Investors. Prior to joining Cambiar in 2021, Di worked at Thornburg Investment Management as a Portfolio Manager/Global Equity Analyst for the International Equity Fund and Better World (ESG) International Fund. Di began her career at Wilshire Associates as a Senior Associate. Ms. Zhou received an MBA in Analytic Finance, Accounting, and Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
