Paul Bouchey

Paul leads Parametric’s research and development activities across equity and derivative strategies. He is the Co-Editor of the Journal of Wealth Management and has authored numerous journal articles on tax management, risk management, and factor investing. Paul earned a BA in mathematics and physics from Whitman College and an MS in computational finance and risk management from the University of Washington. A CFA charterholder, he is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle.
Joshua Schachter

Joshua R. Schachter, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager for the Small Cap Value Fund and is jointly responsible for the day-to-day management of the Small Cap Value Fund’s investment portfolio. Mr. Schachter joined the Easterly as Senior Portfolio Manager in July 2021 following the transfer of Snow Capital’s investment advisory business to Easterly. He was a Senior Portfolio Manager of the Snow Capital Small Cap Value and the All Cap Value portfolios. He joined Snow Capital at the firm's inception in 2001. Joshua's duties included security research, selection and portfolio management. Joshua is a graduate of Allegheny College where he earned a B.S. degree. He received his M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pittsburgh. Joshua holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
Jason Collins

Jason Collins is a co-portfolio manager of the Stable Value Intermediate strategies in the Fixed Income Division. He is a vice president and an Investment Advisory Committee member of the Short-Term Bond Fund, a vice president of the Fixed Income Series, Inc., and a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for the Limited-Term Bond Portfolio. Jason also chairs the Synthetic Investment Committee and cochairs the Low Duration Advisory Committee. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company. Jason’s investment experience began in 2001, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2005, beginning as a portfolio investment analyst on the Stable Value team, before transitioning to the U.S. Taxable Low Duration team. After that, he was an associate portfolio manager responsible for managing high-quality multi-sector portfolios for stable value mandates. Prior to joining the firm, Jason was employed by University Federal Credit Union as a financial analyst, where he managed a portfolio of investment-grade securities and was responsible for the credit union's asset liability management program. Before that, he was employed by Janus Capital as an investor service supervisor. Jason also was an airborne reconnaissance supervisor in the United States Navy. Jason earned a B.S., with honors, in liberal studies from Excelsior College and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. Jason also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. David Hintz

David L. Hintz, CFA serves as a Portfolio Manager for the Large Cap, Large Cap Disciplined Equity, Large Cap Index, S&P 500 Index and Extended Market Index Funds. David L. Hintz is responsible for the management of the portfolios, capital market research, ongoing evaluation and allocation of equity managers and capital for the SEI funds. Prior to joining SEI, Mr. Hintz worked at Russell Investments as a Portfolio Manager and previously as the Head of US Equity Research and a Research Analyst. Mr. James M. Eysenbach, CFA, Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer, manages the portion of the Small Cap Fund's assets allocated to Martingale. Mr. Eysenbach joined Martingale in 2004. Mr. Eysenbach began managing Martingale's allocated portion of the Fund's portfolio in December 2018. James M. Tony Batek is responsible for co-managing the firm’s proprietary research process in support of its Canadian, US and Global equity strategies. As a member of the portfolio management team, he provides equity market analysis, and manages the implementation of the firm’s portfolio management decision making process. Mr. Batek has more than 20 years of investment experience, particularly in the management of US and Canadian equities. Prior to joining Hillsdale in 2002, he was Quantitative Analyst at Laketon Investment Management and Foreign Equity Market Manager and Systems Analyst at CPMS.

Chris is responsible for establishing corporate strategy and leading its implementation and execution. As Chief Investment Officer, he also has ultimate responsibility for all portfolio management decisions made by the firm. Mr. Guthrie has more than 30 years’ experience in investment management. Prior to founding Hillsdale in January 1996, Mr. Guthrie was one of the original employees of a Toronto-based investment counsel firm responsible for the design and sale of software and models used in the management of quantitative equity portfolios. Mr. Guthrie serves as Hillsdale’s representative on the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance (CCGG). Mr. Guthrie is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences and CFA Institute events.

Philip J. Greenblatt, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager for the Small Cap Value Fund and is jointly responsible for the day-to-day management of the Small Cap Value Fund’s investment portfolio. Mr. Greenblatt joined Easterly as Portfolio Manager / Senior Analyst in July 2021 following the transfer of Snow Capital’s investment advisory business to the Adviser. Mr. Greenblatt joined the Adviser in 2010 in the Operations group. He worked as an Analyst and as the Firm’s Director of Operations. Mr. Greenblatt is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a B.S. degree in Finance with a minor in Economics. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Mr. Chen is responsible for co-managing Hillsdale's investment and research activities, with a particular focus on US and Global markets. Prior to joining Hillsdale, Mr. Chen worked for 10 years at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, most recently in the Quantitative Strategies and Risk Premia Group. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, he led the Quantitative Equities Portfolio Management team deploying systematic strategies globally. He has over 20 years experience in financial and quantiative analysis and graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a B.Sc.

W. Scott Priebe is a Managing Principal, Portfolio Manager at Geneva Capital Management. Mr. Priebe co-manages the Geneva Small Cap, Mid Cap, SMID Cap and All Cap Growth strategies. As a member of the Investment Strategy Group, he conducts high-quality, fundamental research and supports the Geneva growth equity strategies. He joined Geneva in 2004. Jennifer is responsible for providing oversight to the Centralized Portfolio Management (CPM), Global Equity, Institutional CPM and Large Case Custom Core Portfolio Management teams. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for leading the CPM Portfolio Management team. Before joining Parametric in 2005, she was an investment associate at Merrill Lynch.
