Steven Treftz

Steven Treftz, CFA, joined SIMC in 2012, and is responsible for the oversight, monitoring and manager selection for the Investment Management Unit's Multi Asset and Short Duration strategies. Prior to his employment at SEI, Mr. Treftz was employed by Citi Private Bank where he was responsible for maintaining the firm's research opinions on third party international, global and emerging market equity managers. Prior to his employment at Citi Private Bank Mr. Treftz was employed by Lockwood Advisors, Inc. where he was responsible for the management of one of the firm's mutual fund/ETF wrap portfolio programs. Mr. Treftz earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Risk Management from Temple University. Mr. Treftz is also a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
Michael Canter

Director—Securitized Assets and US Multi-Sector Michael Canter is a Senior Vice President and Director of Securitized Assets and US Multi-Sector Fixed Income at AB, heading the portfolio-management teams for these strategies. His focus includes his role as the Chief Investment Officer of AB’s Securitized Assets Fund. Canter’s team is responsible for AB’s investments in agency mortgage-backed securities, credit risk–transfer securities, non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations and other asset-backed securities. He has particularly extensive expertise in residential mortgages. In 2009, AB was selected by the US Department of the Treasury to manage one of nine Legacy Securities Public-Private Investment Program funds; Canter was the CIO of that AB-managed fund. In addition, he was called upon to give expert testimony to the US Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs in 2013 and the US House of Representatives Subcommittee on Housing and Insurance in 2017 on how US housing policy should be structured going forward. Prior to joining AB, Canter was the president of ACE Principal Finance, a division of ACE Limited (now Chubb). There, he managed portfolios of credit default swaps, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities and collateralized debt obligations. Canter holds a BA in math and economics from Northwestern University and a PhD in finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Location: New York
Jose Maldonado

Vice President, Portfolio Manager for Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions (“FTIS”). Mr. Maldonado was formerly a member of the Portfolio Management group at QS Investors, a quantitative multi-asset and equity manager. QS Investors combined with Franklin Templeton Multi-Asset Solutions in 2020 to create FTIS. Previously, Mr. Maldonado served as a global equity trader at Arrowstreet Capital and as an investment management consultant at FactSet Research Systems. He entered the financial services industry in 2008. He holds a B.S. in Finance with an Economics minor from Providence College.

Serena Zhou is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the Fixed Income US Multi-Sector Group. Previously, she was a portfolio analyst in AB's Global Multi-Sector Group in 2020 and a quantitative analyst in the Fixed Income Quantitative Research Group from 2013 to 2019. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Zhou was an associate director in the Quantitative Research Analytic Group at S&P Global, where she was responsible for quantitative research in corporate and government rating and built the Market Derived Signal Model. Before that, Zhou worked as a quantitative derivatives analyst at ING. She received a BS in statistics from People's University of China, Beijing, in 2008 and an MS in computational finance at Carnegie Mellon University in 2009. Zhou is a CFA charterholder. Dr. Floyd Tyler serves as President and Chief Investment Officer at Preserver Partners. The firm manages a high income, marketable alternative portfolios for foundations, corporations, public and private retirement plans, family offices and individuals. Previously, Dr. Tyler was a Partner and Director of Research at Gerber/Taylor Capital Advisors from 1999-2009. He served as Assistant Professor of Finance at The University of Memphis from 1996-1999 and Instructor of Economics at The University of Tennessee (1991-1992). Dr. Tyler holds a B.B.A. in Economics from The University of Tennessee and graduate degrees from Carnegie Mellon University (M.S. in Public Management and Policy) and The Florida State University (Ph.D. in Finance). He has received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA Institute). Dr. Tyler currently serves as a Board member for Tri-State Bank of Memphis. Angus Rosborough

Angus Rosborough, Fund Manager, joined the company in July 2007 and is Co-Fund Manager for the RAB European Credit Opportunities Fund. Angus has 14 years investing experience in the European and US high yield markets. From 2004 to 2007, Angus worked at Lehman Brothers where he was a senior proprietary trading analyst. While there, Angus covered high yield bond, credit default swap, bank loan and distressed opportunities. From 2001 to 2004, Angus worked at ING where he was head of European high yield research. During his time there, Angus was initially a publishing analyst – covering industrial and consumer credits – before shifting to a proprietary role. From 1994 to 2001 Angus worked at Morgan Stanley as a senior analyst. While there, he covered and invested in a wide range of sectors – equity and debt – in both the US and Europe. From 1991 to 1994, Angus worked in sales at Morgan Stanley. Angus Rosborough graduated from Washington & Lee University where he earned degrees in European History and German Language.

Anthony Karaminas, CFA, serves as Head of SIMC Fixed Income & Multi-Asset, within SIMC's Investment Management Unit. In this role, Mr. Karaminas is responsible for Portfolio Management leadership and oversight duties for the entirety of the SIMC Fixed Income & Multi-Asset Business. Prior to joining SEI, he was an associate portfolio manager/analyst within the Multi-Manager Solution team at UBS Asset Management. He previously held the role of Sector Head of Global Fixed Income and Global High Yield funds research in London with S&P Capital IQ; prior to that, he served as an analyst in Melbourne, Australia. Anthony was also a senior analyst at Goldman Sachs JBWere. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Business (with honors) from Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
