Polina is Head of BlueBay Emerging Markets and BlueBay Senior Portfolio Manager. In addition to oversight of investments across all EM strategies, Polina is also a lead portfolio manager for several flagship funds in EM sovereign, credit and local markets, including long only and alternative products. Polina started her career in emerging markets after the Russian financial crisis in 1998 and has, since then, gained expertise across a broad range of emerging market financial assets. Polina joined BlueBay Asset Management (which is now part of RBC Global Asset Management) in July 2005 from UBS

Gary is a BlueBay Portfolio Manager within the Emerging Markets Team. He joined BlueBay Asset Management (which is now part of RBC Global Asset Management) in January 2012 as a fund accountant before moving to his current role in June 2013. Prior to BlueBay, Gary worked at Citibank for four years in their finance department as a fund accountant, analyst and project manager. Gary holds a MA (Hons) degree in Accountancy & Finance from Heriot-Watt University. He is also a chartered accountant having qualified in May 2011 through ACCA. Gary has also passed the Investment Management Certificate, is a CFA charterholder, and holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
