Eric Moffett is a vice president and portfolio manager. Mr. Moffett was chairman of the committee in 2014. He joined the Firm in 2007 and his investment experience dates from 2000. During the past five years, he has served as an equity research analyst and a portfolio manager (beginning in 2014). Eric Moffett is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited. He is the portfolio manager for the firm's Asia Opportunities equity strategy and chairman of the strategy's Investment Advisory Committee. Mr. Moffett earned an A.B., magna cum laude, in economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Seun Oyegunle is the portfolio manager of the Africa & Middle East Fund in the Equity Division of T. Rowe Price. Seun’s investment experience began in 2009, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2013, beginning as a research analyst, covering retail and other sectors across a number of emerging markets, in the Emerging Markets department of the Equity Division. Prior to this, Seun was employed by Asset and Research Management Ltd. as an analyst covering the consumer goods sector. He also was employed by Vetiva Capital Management Ltd. Seun earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, and a B.Sc. in chemical engineering from the University of Lagos. Seun also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Wenli Zheng has been chairman of the committee since 2019. He joined the Firm in 2008 and his investment experience dates from that time. Wenli completed an internship at T. Rowe Price in 2007 and has been with the firm since 2008. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, he was a strategy consultant at Capgemini in China. Wenli earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a dual bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and economics from the South China University of Technology.
