Hiroshi Watanabe is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International Ltd and a portfolio manager for the Japan portion of the International Small-Cap Strategy at T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2006, Hiroshi was a deputy director of the Space Industry Office with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of the Japanese government. Hiroshi earned a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in aerospace engineering from Tokyo University and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Wenli Zheng has been chairman of the committee since 2019. He joined the Firm in 2008 and his investment experience dates from that time. Wenli completed an internship at T. Rowe Price in 2007 and has been with the firm since 2008. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, he was a strategy consultant at Capgemini in China. Wenli earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a dual bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and economics from the South China University of Technology.

Ben Griffiths is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International Ltd and an investment analyst in the Equity Research Team of T. Rowe Price International Ltd, covering European small-cap stocks. Ben has been with the firm since 2006. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, he was an investment manager with Baillie Gifford. Ben earned a diploma in investment analysis from Stirling University and an M.Eng. in engineering science from Oxford University. He also has earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
