Ms. Hallam, CFA charterholder and Executive Director, is a senior portfolio manager within the Global Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (GFICC) group. An employee of JPMIM since 1999, Ms. Hallam is responsible for managing mutual funds and separately managed accounts. She began her career at JPMIM in July 1999 as an analyst in the Internal Consulting Services program where she worked on projects in Investment Management and Financial Risk Management.

Michael R. Myers, executive director, is a member of the Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) group. Based in Columbus, Michael is a senior portfolio manager for the Municipal Strategies team and is responsible for managing mutual funds and ETF's. Prior to his current role, Mike also managed active separate accounts for a diverse client base. Mike was also a senior manager for our $12 billion structured tax free managed portfolio group and was instrumental in the growth of our separately managed laddered business. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Michael was a financial consultant at Smith Barney/Citigroup. He also worked at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter asproduct specialist on the Midwest Municipal Trading Desk. He holds a B.S. in finance from The University of Akron .​

Executive Vice President, PIMCO. Ms. Betton is a member of the municipal bond portfolio management team. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2013, she was a municipal high yield and distressed trader at Morgan Stanley. Additionally, she was a public finance banker, focusing on municipal asset-backed securitizations and revenue-backed credits in the Midwest. She has 11 years of investment and financial services experience and holds an undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University.
