Mark R. Kiesel is CIO Global Credit at Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (“PIMCO”) and a managing director in the Newport Beach office. He is a member of the Investment Committee, a generalist portfolio manager and the global head of corporate bond portfolio management. He joined PIMCO in 1996 and previously served as PIMCO’s global head of investment grade corporate bonds and as a senior credit analyst. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Murata is a managing director and portfolio manager in the Newport Beach office, managing income-oriented, multi-sector credit, opportunistic and securitized strategies. Morningstar named him Fixed-Income Fund Manager of the Year (U.S.) for 2013. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2001, he researched and implemented exotic equity and interest rate derivatives at Nikko Financial Technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in engineering-economic systems and operations research from Stanford University. He also earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School and is a member of the State Bar of California.

Managing Director, PIMCO. Ms. Pier is a portfolio manager focusing on multisector credit opportunities. She contributes to the Diversified Income and Global Credit Opportunities Funds, and she has served as a rotating member on the firm's Investment Committee and Americas Portfolio Committee. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2013, she was a senior credit trader at J.P. Morgan, trading cash, recovery and credit default swaps across various sectors. She holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Princeton University.

Mr. Duko is a Partner and Portfolio Manager of U.S. Liquid Credit in the Ares Credit Group, where he is primarily responsible for managing Ares’ U.S. bank loan credit strategies. Mr. Duko also serves as a Vice President of Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, Inc. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Ares Credit Group’s U.S. Liquid Credit Investment Committee.
