Barbara Reinhard is the chief investment officer, multi-asset strategies and solutions at Voya Investment Management. She is responsible for the strategic direction and overall day-to-day portfolio management and human capital management of Voya’s multi-asset business. Prior to joining Voya, Barbara was the chief investment officer for Credit Suisse Private Bank in the Americas where she managed discretionary multi-asset portfolios and was a member of the global asset allocation and the employee pension investment committees. Prior to that, she worked at Morgan Stanley as the deputy chief investment strategist for the global wealth management division. Barbara earned a BA in economics from Trinity College and is a CFA® Charterholder.

Lanyon Blair is the head of manager research and selection for Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions (MASS) at Voya Investment Management. He is responsible for manager research and portfolio construction across all asset classes for the MASS group’s portfolios. Prior to joining Voya, he served in research analyst roles at Wells Fargo and Fidelity and began his career at FactSet. Lanyon earned a MA in economics from American University and a BA in economics and criminal justice from Indiana University. He is a CFA® Charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst®.

Fanesca Young, Ph.D., CFA, Senior Vice President, Director, Equity Portfolio Management, serves as lead Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Acadian, she was head of global systematic equities at GIC Private Ltd. Prior to that, she was managing director and director of quantitative research at Los Angeles Capital Management. Ms. Young is also a member of the editorial boards of the Financial Analyst Journal and the Journal of Systematic Investing, as well as a member of the Q Group's program committee. She earned a Ph.D. in statistics from Columbia University and an M.Phil. and an M.A. in statistics from Columbia University. She also holds a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Virginia. She is a CFA charterholder.
