Jitania Kandhari has been associated with Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. in an investment management capacity since 2006. Ms. Kandhari is head of macroeconomic research on the Global Emerging Markets Equity team, focusing on global analytics, country and thematic research. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kandhari was an emerging markets consultant at GMO. Previously, she was an associate vice president in private banking at ABN Amro, an associate vice president in securities broking and investment banking at Kotak Securities and a manager at First Global Securities. Jitania received a B.Com. in advanced financial and management accounting and an M.M.S in finance, both from the University of Bombay.

Didier is co-portfolio manager for the Passport Equity strategies. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2024 and has 22 years of investment experience managing international, global and U.S. equity mandates. Prior to joining the firm, Didier was a senior portfolio manager at GIC. Previously, he was the head of International and Global Active Equity strategies at State Street Global Advisors. Didier received a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Northeastern University and a Master in Management with a focus on Finance from Neoma Business School. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
