Joseph R. Gaffoglio, Executive Vice President of Mutual of America Capital Management LLC, since 2014. Gaffoglio is a senior vice president of America Capital Management Corporation, and joined the firm in 2005 from Prudential Equity Group, LLC. He has approximately 17 years of experience in the financial industry. Mr. Gaffoglio’s primary focus has been quantitative research and risk management.

Jamie A. Zendel, Vice President of the Mutual of America Capital Management Corp, handles indexed investments. She has been the portfolio manager since 2014. Ms. Zendel joined the Mutual of America Capital Management Corp in July 2007.

Mr. Pollock has over 25 years of investment management and corporate finance experience. He serves as Head of Equities at Mutual of America, overseeing active equity investing teams managing Small Cap Value, Small Cap Growth, Mid Cap Value, Mid Cap Growth and Hedge Fund strategies, providing retirement services to primarily non-profit clients across the United States. Prior to joining Mutual of America Capital Management in 2023, he spent over 20 years at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, a boutique investment manager specializing in small to mid-capitalization equities. He holds Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and Certified Management Accountant designations. Mr. Pollock is a 2000 graduate of Yale University with a BS in Molecular Biochemistry and Biophysics.
