Harris Trifon is responsible for contributing to the management of Lord Abbett’s taxable-fixed income strategies with a focus on real estate debt.
Mr. Trifon joined Lord Abbett in 2021. His previous experience includes serving as Co-Head of Mortgage and Consumer Credit at Western Asset Management; Director of Fixed Income Research, Global Head of CRE Debt at Deutsche Bank; and Director of Structured Finance at Standard & Poors. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2000.
Mr. Trifon is on the boards of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council and the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate, and was voted on the Institutional Investor All-Star list for two years prior to moving to the buy-side.
He earned a BA in economics from the University of Florida and an MS in real estate from New York University.

Ms. Traub is the lead portfolio manager of the emerging market currencies strategy and director of currency management. Ms. Traub joined Lord Abbett in 2007, and was named Partner in 2012. Her prior experience includes: Research Economist at Princeton Economics Group; Research at the National Bureau of Economic Research; Research Assistant at Rutgers University; and Capital Markets Assistant at The Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Ms. Traub received a BA from the University of Chicago, an MA and a Ph.D. from Rutgers University, and has been in the investment business since 2001.
