Ms. Maschmeyer has been associated with the Investment Manager as an investment professional since 2016. Ms. Maschmeyer heads the Investment Manager's U.S. equity research efforts and has been a Vice President of the Trust since March 2020. Prior to joining Columbia WAM, Ms. Maschmeyer was a research analyst at Oak Ridge Investments where she was responsible for U.S. consumer discretionary/staples investments. Ms. Maschmeyer began her investment career in 2001 and earned a B.A. from Denison University and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago.

Pratyasha (PR) Rath is a director of investment Risk and Performance Analytics at Columbia Wanger Asset Management, LLC. She joined Columbia Wanger in 2017 and has been a member of the investment community since 2007. Prior to joining Columbia Wanger, she was a vice president and global macro specialist for Credit Suisse HOLT. She began her career as a quantitative equity research analyst at Credit Suisse. She earned a B.A. in economics from Delhi University - India and a Masters in finance, risk management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
