Pierre-Yves Bareau, Managing Director, a member of JPMIM’s Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities group (GFICC), Mr. Bareau supervises the portfolio management team and shares responsibility for the duration, yield curve, and sector allocation strategies for the Fund. Before joining JPMIM in October 2009, Mr. Bareau was the Chief Investment Officer for Fortis Investments for emerging markets debt for more than 10 years.

Emil Babayev is a member of the GFICC group and is the lead portfolio manager for hard currency debt strategies within the Emerging Markets Debt Team at J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc. He has been an employee of JPMIM since 2000 and currently serves as a portfolio manager within the emerging markets debt team.

Turker Hamzaoglu, executive director, is a member of the Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) group.  Based in London, Turker is a senior EMEA sovereign analyst and is responsible for helping to formulate macro and investment view for global EMD and in particular the EMEA region. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, he wasthe senior economist for Turkey, Middle East and Africa at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.  Turker holds BSc. in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and MA in Economics from Bogazici University.

Mr. Bartlett is a member of the GFICC group and a portfolio manager within the Emerging Markets Debt team responsible for macroeconomic research on sovereign debt. He has been an employee of JPMIM since 2007.

Mr. Eisinger is a member of the GFICC group. He has been an employee of JPMIM since July 2025, and a portfolio manager for the Fund since July 2025. He is the Head of EM Sovereign Strategy and leads the hard currency debt strategies within the Emerging Markets Debt Team. Prior to JPMIM, he was at Vanguard, where he served as Co-Head of Emerging Markets Active Funds. Prior to that, Mr. Eisinger held key roles at Fidelity Investments (FMR), Deutsche Bank, Fitch, Dun & Bradstreet, and Oxford Economic Forecasting.
