Chris Faber is portfolio manager on the Small Cap Core, SMID Cap Core, and Small Cap Focus strategies. Prior to founding IronBridge in 1999, Chris was a founding member of HOLT Value Associates, L.P., where he worked with senior portfolio managers across the U.S. and Europe. Chris graduated from Drake University with a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance.

Jeff Jones joined IronBridge in 2011 as an equity analyst supporting all of IronBridge's investment strategies. Prior to joining IronBridge, Jeff worked at Credit Suisse as a HOLT sector specialist responsible for the U.S. and European healthcare sectors. Previously, he worked as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, providing financial and internal control audits. He received his B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 1999 and graduated from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Economics in 2009. Jeff also attained the title of Certified Public Accountant in 1999 and received his CFA charter in 2006.
