Rebecca Sykes is a global industry analyst and portfolio manager at Wellington Management, specializing in pharmaceuticals. Her portfolio management responsibilities include a variety of health care investment vehicles, including a global health care hedge fund, an emerging markets health care fund, and several other long-only health care equity products. She joined Wellington Management in 2007 from Goldman, Sachs & Co. where she was an analyst in the Health Care Investment Banking Group. She earned both her BS and MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Wen Shi, PhD, CFA Managing Director and Global Industry Analyst As a member of the Health Care Team, Wen conducts fundamental research on public and private global biotechnology companies. Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2015, Wen worked as a senior research associate on the global biotechnology team at Sanford C. Bernstein (2013 – 2014). Before Bernstein, he was a consultant to biotech and pharmaceutical companies at Campbell Alliance (2011 – 2013), Navigant Consulting (2009 – 2011), and McKinsey & Company (2007 – 2009). Wen earned his DPhil (PhD) in medical oncology from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar (2007), and BS in biology from Johns Hopkins University (2004). Additionally, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.

David M. Khtikian, CFA, Managing Director and Global Industry Analyst of Wellington Management, has been involved in portfolio management for the Fund since 2022 and has been involved in securities analysis for the Fund since 2013. Mr. Khtikian joined Wellington Management as an investment professional in 2013.

Samuel G. Bitetti, CFA, Vice President and Global Industry Analyst of Wellington Management, has served as a portfolio manager for the Fund since February 2025 and has been involved in the securities analysis for the Fund since May 2024. Mr. Bitetti joined Wellington Management as an investment professional in 2024. Prior to joining Wellington Management, Mr. Bitetti was an equity analyst at Adage Capital (2018-2024) and prior to that managed investments for a single-family office (2015-2016) and held various roles at T. Rowe Price (2010-2015).
