Diane Jaffee

Ms. Jaffee is the Senior Portfolio Manager for the TCW Relative Value Large Cap, TCW Relative Value Dividend Appreciation, and TCW Relative Value Mid Cap strategies and funds. She joined TCW through the acquisition of SG Cowen Asset Management in 2001. She had been a Senior Portfolio Manager at Cowen Asset Management since 1995 and continues in that role at TCW. She has nearly 40 years of investment experience. Before joining Cowen, she was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Kidder, Peabody & Co from 1986 to 1995. Prior to that, she was Vice President at Lehman Management Company from 1985 to 1986 and an Equity Analyst with Prudential Insurance from 1982 to 1985. In 2007, Ms. Jaffee was named the Separately Managed Accounts Award winner in the Large Cap Equity category by Standard & Poor’s and its award partners Prima Capital and Investment Advisor magazine. The TCW Relative Value Large Cap, Dividend Appreciation, and Mid Cap mutual funds have been each awarded Wall Street Journal’s “Category Kings” in their respective categories, multiple times in 2012, and the TCW Dividend Appreciation Fund was ranked the #1, top performing fund among Lipper Equity Income Funds for 2012. In 2013, the TCW Relative Value Large Cap mutual fund was ranked #1 fund for the first quarter and the #6 fund for the one-year period ending March 31, 2013 among Large Cap Value peers, while the Dividend Appreciation Fund ranked #2 for the quarter and #3 for the one-year period ending March 31, 2013 among Equity Income peers. Ms. Jaffee holds a BA in Economics from Wellesley College (1982). She has completed post-graduate work in Finance and Accounting at Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and is a CFA charterholder. Ms. Jaffee is also a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, the Economic Club of New York, and the CFA Society.
David Ganucheau

Mr. Ganucheau joined Barrow Hanley in 2004 from Clover Partners, LP, where he served on the management team for several funds, including a financial sector fund. Prior to his tenure at Clover Partners, Mr. Ganucheau served as securities analyst at GSB Investment Management, where he began career in the investment management industry. Mr. Ganucheau graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Accounting and is a CFA charterholder.

Kevin Toney, CFA, CIO, senior vice president and senior portfolio manager for American Century Investments, joined the company in 1999 as an investment analyst and became a portfolio manager in 2006. Brandon Pizzurro

Brandon Pizzurro serves as Chief Investment Officer over all investment-related lines of business within GuideStone. In this capacity, he serves as President of both GuideStone Capital Management, LLC (“GSCM”), the investment adviser to GuideStone Funds, and GuideStone Investment Services (“GSIS”), which provides investment advisory services to nonprofit institutions. He is also an Interested Director of the Board of Directors of GuideStone Funds. Mr. Pizzurro is a member of the executive leadership team for the parent company, GuideStone, and chairs both the organization’s Committee on Faith-Based Investing, which directs GuideStone’s faith-based research efforts, as well as the Investment Committees of GSIS and GSCM, which approve all new investments for use on the GuideStone platform. Mr. Pizzurro joined GuideStone in 2017 and most recently served as Director of Public Investments, where he led the public markets complex in overseeing all aspects of the management of the GuideStone Funds lineup of registered mutual funds. Prior to assuming his responsibilities at GuideStone, Mr. Pizzurro spent 13 years in roles of increasing investment responsibility and scope at First Command Financial Services, 1st Global and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Pizzurro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant and a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas/Fort Worth.
Mark Giambrone

Mr. Giambrone joined Barrow Hanley in 1999. Prior to joining Barrow Hanley, Mr. Giambrone served as a portfolio consultant at HOLT Value Associates. During his career, he has also served as a senior auditor/tax specialist for KPMG Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal. Prior to joining Parametric in 2005, Jennifer was an Investment Associate at Merrill Lynch for five years where she specialized in financial planning and portfolio construction. Matthew Spahn

Mr. Spahn joined TCW through the acquisition of SG Cowen Asset Management. He started his career at Cowen in 1994 in the Information Technology Service Group and was promoted to Quantitative Analyst in 1996. He specializes in the industrials and utilities sectors. In 2006, 2007, and 2008, Mr. Spahn earned the group's highest merit bonus based on stock selection. He has been assisting with the management of the Relative Value Large Cap investment discipline since 1999. Mr. Spahn graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Economics and minors in English and History and graduated with Honors from Fordham University with an MBA in Finance and Communications and Media Management.
Iman Brivanlou

Dr. Brivanlou heads TCW’s Income Equities group and is the Lead Portfolio Manager for the High Dividend, REIT, and Low Volatility suite of strategies. He is also a co-head of Q-Alpha, TCW’s Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) initiative, and is the the chair of TCW’s Proxy Committee. He joined TCW in 2006 as an Analyst in the Equity Research group. His research coverage has spanned the real estate, insurance, business services, transportation, and consumer staples sectors. Prior to TCW, he developed and tested quantitative models aimed at predicting the sizes of catalyst “events” using option pricing for Kayne Anderson, a hedge fund in Century City. He is involved in a number of philanthropic activities and serves on the L.A. Opera Board of Directors, a position that he has held since 2015. Dr. Brivanlou was a Howard Hughes post-doctoral fellow in Molecular Neurobiology at the Salk Institute in La Jolla. He holds a BS in Physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a PhD in Computational Neuroscience from Harvard University, and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
