Mr. Caesar M.P. Bryan joined GBL in 1994. He is currently a Senior Vice President of GBL and serves as a portfolio manager for GAMCO Asset Management, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of GBL, and Gabelli & Partners LLC, an affiliate of Gabelli Funds, LLC.

Mr. Howard F. Ward, CFA,joined Gabelli Funds, LLC in 1995 and currently serves as GBL’s Chief Investment Officer of Growth Products. Mr. Ward is also a portfolio manager. Previously, he was managing director with Scudder, Stevens & Clark from 1982 to 1995. Prior to that, Ward was an investment officer in the institutional-investment department for four years with Brown Brothers, Harriman & Company. He is a member of the Investment Council Association of America and the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Mr. John Belton, CFA, has been a portfolio manager of the Growth Innovator Fund since June 1, 2024. Mr. Belton joined the Adviser in January 2024 and currently serves as a Managing Director of its Growth Products. Mr. Belton was most recently an Investment Analyst and Partner at Absolute Partners Global. Prior to joining Absolute in 2021, Mr. Belton was an Equity Research Analyst at Evercore ISI for six years, culminating as a Vice President, Equity Research. Mr. Belton holds an MBA with Honors in Finance and Economics from Columbia Business School, a BA in Mathematics and Philosophy from Boston College, and is a CFA Charterholder.
