Ms. Ochson joined Federated Investment Management Company in 1982 as a portfolio manager and Ms. Ochson is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of the Tax-Free Money Market Investment Group. She was appointed Senior Vice President in 2004. Ms. Ochson has received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a M.B.A. from University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Ochson is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of the Tax-Free Money Market Investment Group.

Kyle Stewart, CFA, Senior Portfolio Manager, has been the Fund’s portfolio manager since August of 2022. Mr. Stewart is a Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for day to day management of the Fund focusing on asset allocation, interest rate strategy and security selection. He has been with the Adviser or an affiliate since 1993; has worked in investment management since 1996; has managed investment portfolios since 2011. Education : B.S., Edinboro University of Pennsylvania; M.B.A., Robert Morris University.

Ms. Ferentino joined Federated in November 1995 as a financial analyst and has worked in investment management since 2000. Ms. Ferentino has received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. She received her B.S. from the University of Dayton and M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
