George Liu is Co-Portfolio Manager of each fund, which he has managed since 2023. He also manages other funds. Since joining FMR in 2022, Mr. Liu has worked as a portfolio manager. Prior to joining FMR, Mr. Liu worked at Geode Capital Management LLC (Geode) from 2004 to 2022, most recently as portfolio manager.

Since joining FMR in 2022, Mr. Naik has worked as a portfolio manager. Prior to joining FMR, Mr. Naik worked at Geode from 2010 to 2022, portfolio performance analyst, assistant portfolio manager, and most recently as portfolio manager. Prior to joining Geode, Mr. Naik was a quantitative analyst at PanAgora Management from 2007 to 2010.

Anthony Italiano is a portfolio manager and quantitative analyst in the Quantitative Research and Investments (QRI) division at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals. In this role, Mr. Italiano is responsible for assisting quantitative portfolio managers with portfolio management, strategy development, stock selection model building, and portfolio construction research. He serves as assistant portfolio manager for the FIAM Sustainable U.S. Equity Leaders and FIAM Sustainable International Equity Leaders strategies. He is also a co-manager of Fidelity Advisor International Capital Appreciation SMA, Fidelity Advisor International Growth SMA, Fidelity Advisor Health Care SMA, Fidelity Advisor Growth Opportunities SMA, and Fidelity Advisor Small Company SMA. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Italiano was a quantitative analyst at Hartford Funds. In this capacity, he assisted with the development of the quantitative infrastructure utilized in portfolio management and research support for the smart beta ETF products. Before that, he was a quantitative investment analyst at Aberdeen Asset Management, performing quantitative research for U.S. large cap strategies. He also served as a quantitative analyst at Gartmore Global Investments. He has been in the financial industry since 2004. Mr. Italiano earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration, with a concentration in management science information systems, from the University of Rhode Island and his Master of Business Administration in finance from Villanova University. He is also a CFA® charterholder.

Anna Lester is Co-Portfolio Manager of Fidelity® Hedged Equity Fund, which she has managed since 2026. She also manages other funds. Since joining FMR in 2022, Ms. Lester has worked as a portfolio manager. Prior to joining FMR, Ms. Lester worked at Geode Capital Management LLC (Geode) from 2019 to 2022, most recently as a senior portfolio manager, and at State Street Global Advisors from 2005 to 2019, most recently as senior portfolio manager.
