David Chalupnik

David oversees all portfolio management activities for Nuveen’s actively managed U.S. equities strategies. He is the lead portfolio manager for several core and value-focused equities strategies and related institutional portfolios. David also manages several Santa Barbara Asset Management Dividend Growth strategies. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, David served as chief investment officer for Duff & Phelps Investment Management Company. David was also head of the equity investment division of Allstate Insurance Company. He began working in the investment industry in 1984. David graduated with a B.S. in Commerce and an M.B.A. from DePaul University. He holds the CFA® designation and is a member of the CFA® Institute.
Charles Carr

Charles Carr is a managing director and active equity portfolio manager for the TIAA organization. Mr. Carr manages a domestic large-cap value equity portfolio against the Russell 1000 Value Index. He joined the TIAA organization in 2014. Prior to joining TIAA, he spent 11 years at value-oriented hedge funds (Elm Ridge Capital, Fine Capital Partners, Alson Capital, and Estekene Capital) and another 9 years as an equity analyst on the buy-side at Bernstein Investment Research and Management. Mr. Carr earned a B.B.A. in Finance from The College of William and Mary and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Jon Bosse

Jon D. Bosse, CFA, Co-President, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at NWQ since 1996. Prior to joining NWQ, Mr. Bosse spent ten years with ARCO Investment Management Company where, in addition to managing a value-oriented fund, he was the Director of Equity Research. Previously, he spent four years with ARCO in Corporate Finance. Mr. Bosse received his B.A. in Economics from Washington University, St. Louis. He received his M.B.A. from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
