Brian joined the firm in 1988 and is responsible for research and stock selection in Latin America and Africa. He became co-head of emerging markets in 1998. Brian received a B.Sc., General Science, from University College Galway and a B.Sc., Financial Economics, from the University of London.

Oliver joined the firm in September 2007 from Accenture, where he worked in their capital markets strategy consulting division. Together with Annie Locke, Oliver has responsibility for European stock selection. Oliver holds an M.Chem., Chemistry, from New College, University of Oxford.

Ian joined the firm in 1996. He began his career at Royal Insurance as an Asian equity fund manager and also ran a Balanced Fund. Ian became Head of Asia in 1997 and Co-Chief Investment Officer in April 2009. Ian holds a B.Sc., Economics, from City University and holds the ASIP qualification from the CFA institute UK.

Mazika Li joined NS Partners as part of the emerging markets team in January 2019. She began her career at the Bank of England as a banking regulator in 2012, before moving to Credit Suisse and Royal Bank of Canada as an equity analyst, covering banks. Mazika received her BSc in American Studies from University of Nottingham and MSc in Management from City University of London. She is a CFA charterholder.

Luis joined NS Partners in 2024 and is responsible for research and stock selection in Latin America, Middle East and Africa. He began his career in Brazil at Angra Partners as an investment banking and private equity analyst in 2003, before moving to Banco Fator and Sul America as a fund manager. Prior to joining NS Partners, Luis was co-portfolio manager for the Barings Latin American equity fund in London. Luis earned a BSc degree in Business from Fundacao Getulio Vargas and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
