Mr. Mullin joined the Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC in July 2013. Prior to joining the Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC , Mr. Mullin worked for CLSA, Asia Pacific Markets as Director, U.S. Equity Sales. Mullin is senior vice president and senior portfolio manager for Putnam Investments, his employer since 1986. Before joining the firm, he was a financial analyst with Honeywell Company from 1985 to 1986. Mullin is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and also the Consumer Analyst Group of New York. Mr. Mullin earned a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts.

Arthur Hurley is a senior portfolio manager on the Income Strategies Team and the lead portfolio manager on the Real Estate Equity Team at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Mr. Hurley joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 2006. Previously, he was a portfolio manager for Lee Munder Capital Group. In this role, he was responsible for the management of REIT assets for corporate, institutional and high-net-worth clients. Prior to that, he served as the lead portfolio manager for the Tuckerman Group, the real estate investment arm of State Street Global Advisors (SSgA). Before joining the Tuckerman Group, Mr. Hurley managed portfolios, performed credit analysis and traded corporate bonds for SSgA’s active fixed-income group. He also played a key role in the development and implementation of new products and strategies. He began his career in financial services at State Street Corp. He has been a member of the investment community since 1994. Mr. Hurley received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society, serves on the NAREIT Real Estate Investment Advisory Council and leads the Columbia Threadneedle Real Estate Roundtable. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
