Michael Barclay is a senior portfolio manager on the Income Strategies Team at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. He joined one of the Columbia Management legacy firms in 2006 as a senior equity analyst. Prior to his current role, Mr. Barclay was a senior equity analyst on the Centralized Fundamental Research Team from 2006 to 2011. Previously, Mr. Barclay worked as a senior equity analyst at Fortis Investments covering financial services and technology. Prior to that, he was an equity analyst and assistant portfolio manager at Independence Investments. Before that, he worked at FleetBoston Financial, Morgan Stanley & Company and Bank of Boston. He has been a member of the investment community since 1991. Mr. Barclay received a B.A. in government and a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from Cornell University. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Tara Gately is a senior portfolio manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. She joined the firm in 2018 as a senior equity analyst responsible for the Medical Devices sector. Previously, Tara held various roles at Loomis Sayles for over 20 years. She was a member of the Loomis Sayles Large Cap Value team as an analyst covering the Health Care and Utilities sectors. Prior to this role, she covered the Health Care Services, Medical Devices, and Utilities industries as a global equity research analyst responsible for making investment recommendations to large cap Loomis Sayles strategies. In addition, Tara co-managed the Health Care sector and exclusively managed the Utilities sector in the Loomis Sayles Research Fund. Prior to that, she covered the wireless telecom industry, supermarkets and drugstores, and packaged food companies. Before joining Loomis Sayles, she worked in Investment Banking at Smith Barney where she began her career in 1993. Tara received a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. In addition, she holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Andrew Wright is a portfolio manager for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, he was a senior research analyst for Portolan Capital as a generalist from 2018 to 2023. Previously, he held various roles at BlackRock for nine years, seven of which as a research analyst on the Basic Value and Energy & Resources teams, covering the Energy, Materials, Transportation and Utilities sectors/industries. Andrew has been a member of the investment community since 2008. He received a B.B.A. in finance and management from Villanova University. In addition, Andrew holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
