Guy Pope is a senior portfolio manager for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Mr. Pope joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 1993 and has been in his current position since 2004. He has been a member of the investment community since 1993. Mr. Pope received a B.A. in political economics from Colorado College and an MBA from Northwestern University. In addition, he is a member of the CFA Institute and the Security Analysts of Portland. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Michael Welter is a vice president and senior portfolio manager with the multi-cap core team at Columbia Management. Mr. Welter joined Columbia Management in 2006 and has been a member of the investment community since 1998. Prior to joining Columbia Management, Mr. Welter worked for Engemann Asset Management in Pasadena, Calif., where he served as a research analyst for the growth equity management team and as a junior fixed-income portfolio manager. Previously, he was a high-yield, fixed-income analyst for Trust Company of the West. Mr. Welter earned a B.S. in economics with a dual concentration in finance and statistics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Nicholas Smith is a senior portfolio manager on the Contrarian Large Cap Core Team for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Mr. Smith joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 2005 as a research analyst. Previously, Mr. Smith was an analyst with Merrill Lynch’s Global Power and Energy team. He has been a member of the investment community since 2005. Mr. Smith received a B.A. from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
