David Rogal, Managing Director, is a member of the Multi-Sector Mutual Fund team within BlackRock's Global Fixed Income Group. He is a portfolio manager of BlackRock's Core Bond, Inflation Protected, Total Return, and Strategic Income Opportunities Funds. Mr. Rogal focuses on broad macro positioning, with specialties in interest rates, inflation, and volatility trading. Mr. Rogal joined Fixed Income in 2009. Johan Sjogren, Director, is a member of the European Fixed Income Team within BlackRock Fundamental Fixed Income Portfolio Management Group. Mr. Sjogren joined Blackrock in 2010 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he worked as an analyst. Mr. Sjogren earned a B.Sc. degree, with First Class Honours, in Financial Economics from the University of St Andrews in 2008. Since joining BlackRock Mr. Sjogren has focused on managing aggregate flexible strategies with a focus on rates and currencies.

Harrison Segall, Director, is a portfolio manager on the Core Portfolio Management (Core PM) team within BlackRock’s Global Fixed Income (GFI) group. He is responsible for alpha strategies, portfolio construction, and asset allocation for Customized Core and Global Inflation Linked portfolios. Prior to joining the Portfolio Management Group in 2011, Mr. Segall was a member of BlackRock Solution’s Portfolio Analytics Group, where he began his career as an analyst in 2008. Mr. Segall earned a BS degree in Commerce, with a concentration in finance, and a BA degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
