Jerry Solomon is a fixed income portfolio manager at Capital Group. Earlier in his career at Capital, as a fixed income investment analyst, he covered gas and corporate credits that issue in the municipal market, New York State and New York City supported credits and hospital credits in the eastern half of the U.S. Before joining Capital, he was a fixed income credit analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co., First Albany Corp. and Fitch Investors Service. Prior to that, he was a senior analyst with the New York City Office of Management and Budget and an analyst/trader at New York and Foreign Securities Corp. He holds an MBA from Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree with honors in economics from Temple University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Jerry is based in New York.

Lee Chu is a fixed income portfolio manager at Capital Group. Earlier in her career at Capital, as a fixed income investment analyst, she covered municipals, specifically the state and local government and tribal gaming sectors and higher education. Lee began her career at Capital as a participant in The Associates Program, a two-year series of work assignments in various areas of the organization. Prior to joining Capital, she spent a year in South Korea on a Fulbright Scholarship, awarded by the U.S. Department of State. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with honors from Brown University, graduating magna cum laude. Lee is based in Los Angeles.
