You can search for your annuity in two ways: 1) Search by Annuity Name or 2) Search by Insurance Company.
Search by annuity name
  1. Enter the full or partial name of your annuity in the search box.
  2. From the search results, select the name that exactly matches the name of your annuity.
Search by insurance company
  1. Select the Search by Insurance Company link.
  2. Click on the alphabetical listing, and select the insurance company from the pull-down menu.
  3. Select the name of the annuity from the product pull-down menu.
Distinguishing between annuities with similar names
